Happiness is a choice. You must make a decision and choose to be happy. Living in the Era of Social Media, it's so easy for us to appear happy online while enduring so much sadness and pain in real life. For the month of March I charge you to choose happiness, in real life. Choose to love, to give, to be free... foreal. If it takes removing yourself from social media for a few weeks and doing a few self love activities, maybe even learning a new skill, do it! Mental illness is real and in order for us to overcome it we have to be completely honest about how we're really feeling and find solutions to take back CTRL of our mind and ultimately our life.
